Call Intelligence APIs

The Call Intelligence APIs provide a read-only export of call-level intelligence data — call summaries, scheduling outcomes, customer sentiment, call categories, and appointment types — derived from Weave’s AI analysis of phone calls.

They are intended for enterprise and multi-location customers who want to consume this data in their own BI tools, data warehouses, and reporting stacks.
